Event is held rain or shine. Show coordinator reserves the right to close the
event in case of dangerous weather.
Craft fair and Food stands open to public 9:00 to 4:30 day of the event
No early tear down without permission of show coordinator,
Vendor parking is available only in designated areas. Parking passes must be
displayed. Two passes per registered vendor. No parking or stopping on
gravel road.
Set up
times are: Friday evening between 4:00 and7:00 pm and
Saturday morning between 6:30 and 8:30 am.
No security
is provided and all property left on site is at the risk of the owner.
All vehicles
and trailers must be removed from the craft/ food and public areas
by 8:30 am the day of the event.
All fees due must be paid in full before set up and start of the event Failure
of payment: vendor will not be allowed to set up and will be required
to leave.
By
attendance and participation, all participants accept full liability and shall
hold harmless Falmouth Civic Association and/ or any of its officers/ representatives.
All vendors
are responsible for charge and collection of applicable PA sales tax.
All special needs and requests must be in detailed writing.
Garage Sale/ Flea market
merchandise is not allowed. Such merchandise must be removed from public view or
vendor must leave.
Falmouth
Civic Association reserves sole right to sale of any items with the
Falmouth Goat or Falmouth Goat Race Logo on them. Any one with items
that are duplicated with these things on them will be asked to remove them from
public view and not offered for sale.
Any items not
meeting a "Family nature or considered dangerous must be removed
from the public view and not offered for sale, (fireworks, knives, weapons of
any kind)
2007 and prior
vendors will be given priority consideration in selection placement
and special requests.
To get a refund of stand space fee a written letter or phone call
must be received before event.
